Our windowsills are currently filled with propagating leaves, like the one that inspired this doodle.
On days that I don’t know what I want to paint, I scroll through Instagram for inspiration. The Diaspora Co. feed is a safe bet for for gorgeous photos to work from!
Surprised I made it 13 days into this project without painting a bee, really.
Seattle got snow today! So unusual and so much fun for the two days that it stuck around. This is one of our planters with tons of snow and very little accurate perspective.
I got a new set of watercolors today! They’re so lovely and have much more pigment than the other ones that I’m used to. The next few paintings are mainly me getting used to them and seeing how far I can push them.
One of my favorite places on earth, Mount Rainier. Also one of my favorite paintings so far from this project.
